Tori Jindo & Corgi Mix Long Island City, NY

Tori is soaking up this wonderful springtime sunshine! He's a Jindo/Corgi mix that is 5 months old, weighs 16 pounds, and we rescued him from the Gyeongsan shelter in Korea. Tori's confidence outside is really allowing him to take advantage of this beautiful weather, which he's using to show off his leash skills and greeting passing dogs. Inside, Tori is working on crate and potty training, and generally just loves to be around his humans. He's a sucker for a good pet, and when he's feeling extra generous, he'll bring you your shoes from elsewhere in the home. Are gifts and quality time your love languages? Then Tori's your match! Meet our adoptable pups! Come to our in-person Livestream event on Saturday, April 24th @ Mika Café in Bushwick (25 Thames St, Brooklyn). This event will be held at the outdoor event space from 11:30 am – 3 pm. This will be an opportunity where you can meet the dogs in person and learn more about them. In compliance with NYC Covid-19 Phase 4 re-opening (www1.nyc.gov/), please show proof of Covid Vax or Negative Covid test within the last 3 days. It is required to meet the dogs upon entry. Our staff and volunteers will also meet the requirements.

Our adoption radius is now within 30 miles of the following locations: NYC, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Western & Eastern CT. You must be able to pick up the dog at our office in Astoria, Queens (no exceptions). You must wear a mask and practice safe social distancing when traveling and picking up the dog.
