Foster or Foster to adopt home needed for Tori – 10 month old female rottweiler



Tori is an extremely smart girl. She picks up on new commands very quickly, she is very motivated with treats and she is learning to walk well on the gentle leader.

Tori has been selective with which dogs she likes, she is very high energy and playful so one with the same personality would be best suited for her. We have no history if she has ever been with cats but I would think they wouldn’t be a good match for her, at this time.

From what we have seen here I would say she would also need to be placed in a home with no children. She has met a couple that she was well behaved with but we also had some kids come in that she barked at.





Tori does guard high value items, such as toys and a delicious treat. When we play fetch out in the yard she will bring back the toy and drop it for you. I reward with a treat and pick the toy up with no issue. If playing with another dog, I would think toys should be removed.

She loves spending time outside playing and with spring here we have been grooming her which she really enjoys and sits quietly as I do it. She is eager to please, she just needs someone to spend some more time with her.





Tori is 10 months old, spayed and vaccinated. She is clean in her kennel and sleeps in her crate at night.
