Tommy Rat Terrier San Francisco, CA

Meet sweet Tommy. This little guy is a doll, is about a year old, and is a muscular 17 lbs. He is a smarty catching on to new things super fast.

When he came into foster care he had no idea how wonderful it is to be loved and petted. His foster mom has worked with him, and his brother, daily to show them how love is a good thing and now Tommy wants all your love all the time. He loves his toys too and going in the yard to sun himself. He plays with a dog who is his age in his foster home and gets along with all 5 of the others there.

Tommy is now house trained with very few accidents but as a youngster, he is still learning to be a reliable family member. Tommy is also learning to walk on a leash and is catching on quickly to that too. He uses the backyard to go potty along with all the other dogs in the house.

He and his brother Johnny were found running around together and they are very close to each other however Tommy and Johnny can be adopted together or separately but each must have a canine companion in their new homes if they are not adopted together. There will be no exceptions made on this. This way they would be ok without each other if they are not adopted together.
