Tofu Bean Beagle Yonkers, NY

Tofu Bean is a 1 year old, 26 pound mischievous bumper car who can melt even the coldest of hearts with his hoppity skips. Don't let his size fool you, Tofu is full of spunk and personality that beagles are known for. Balls, chew toys and cozy naps are his dream trifecta.

Tofu is a mid sized, curious beagle who hasn’t met a human he doesn’t love from the get go. He will greet you with his windmill tail every morning and jump over all hurdles to meet you.
He loves to explore every new place and relax in his crate. He is fond of playing tug and chewing on treats that are long lasting.

Tofu was abandoned a month ago on the streets with his blanket. Kind neighbors saved him from the oncoming traffic and cared for him before bringing him over to the rescue.

Tofu’s been settling well with his foster family and will be at his best as an only dog who gets all the love. Due to his poorly socialized past, Tofu gets excited on the streets and tends to react when he sees other dogs. Tofu plays well off-leash and loves running around with his pals. He is working on his basic obedience with crate and potty training and is getting better with each passing day.

If you’re an active person or family with children over 15 years familiar with the breed and are looking for an entertainment package and a canine companion, Tofu will fit right in with you. A fenced in yard is also a plus as beagles tend to follow their noses.

Tofu is a smart cookie as a food motivated and eager to please pup who picks up commands in a few days. He’s comfortable with city noises, car rides and no bikes can faze this big apple boy!
