Toby is a 2 year old Heeler/Feist mix who weighs around 56lbs. Toby is the best boy and so sweet! He has met other dogs here at the shelter and has done amazing! He came to us as an owner surrender and the previous owner stated he would do best in a home with no cats! Toby is a petite boy who would make the best companion, let's get this handsome boy out of the shelter!
