He’s a loving boy who craves nothing more than unconditional love and belly rubs. Toby is great with kids and gets along well with cats, making him a wonderful addition to any family. He loves to run and follow his nose on adventures, always eager to explore. Toby’s heart is ready to find his forever home with someone who can give him the love and attention he deserves. To learn more about or rescue or apply to adopt, please submit an application on our website finalvictoryrescue.com. We are based in South Carolina and transport cats and dogs along the East Coast to Northeastern states on a weekly basis. Virtual meet-and-greets are provided prior to transport for our out-of-town adopters and by appointment for local families. Our amazing team of application processors will be available to answer any questions throughout your application approval process!
