Meet Toby
Toby’s reunion is coming up and he wanted to let all of his friends, littermates, and potential adopters know what he has been up to these past 12 months since entering the world.
Voted “most likely to be on an adventure”, Toby has stayed true to his accolade and is always on the lookout for the next place to explore. What is he looking for now? A companion to join him on his adventures! He recently discovered the joy of swimming and hiking and loves both. If you have some summer activities you like to do, Toby would love to join you!
He officially graduated from 50-pound lapdog to 53-pound lapdog and continues to be the “class snuggler” we know and love. And remember that day there was a thunderstorm in fourth period and Toby was under his desk faster than you could say fetch? Say hello to a whole new Toby – thunder and vacuum scares are a thing of the past!
Toby has been thriving when it comes to reaching his goal to be world’s most awesome companion and he is hoping to have this goal fully accomplished before the reunion! Amazing snuggler, check. Loves, loves, loves to spend time with his humans, check. Single-family home lifestyle, check. Learn something new every day, check. Last step? Find his forever humans!

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchip implant (including registration). Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.
Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown.
Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 90-mile radius of Minneapolis; however, we will consider up to 250 miles if the applicant is willing to drive to cities as needed.
