Toby is an awesome 12 pound young fellow who will steal your heart in five minutes. He is a friendly, mellow guy who loves everyone, canine or human. He loves to take walks but is happy to just play, or hang out .....not a demanding dog. Accepts whatever comes. He needs a secure fenced area where he can safely explore, and he needs someone who has enough time to help him develop his full potential. To know him is to love him.
