Meet Toad
Meet Toad. This pup is almost 8 weeks old. He is a chi/shih tzu mix and weighs about 2 lbs. He is very sweet and playful.
He was rescued after being abandoned in Puerto Rico with her litter mates. He is available for adoption in Northern Virginia/DC/MD. We currently cannot do home visits in light of Covid-19 risks, so no homes with cats please since we cannot test whether they get along.
