Titan's Story

Meet Titan

Titan (also known as T-Dog, T-Man, or T-Dot) is a 2-year-old American Bulldog mix, weighing about 70 pounds, with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s goofy, clumsy, and full of charm—nothing he does is halfway. His silly antics, expressive pouty lip, and love for people make him impossible not to adore. When he’s not making you laugh, he’s happiest cuddled up on the couch or following his favourite person from room to room.

Medical Needs

Titan has orthopedic challenges, including a torn cruciate ligament, luxating patellas, and inflammation in his knees. He is pending surgery and currently on crate rest with pain management. The Dog Rescue Society will cover all of Titan’s orthopedic care, and he will go home with 30 days of pet insurance (non–pre-existing conditions).

Personality & Training

- Intelligent, eager to learn, and knows multiple commands
- Crate-trained and comfortable resting there
- House-trained in his crate (may have accidents if left too long)
- Rides calmly in the car
- Can be mouthy when excited or overstimulated, so no small children
- Thrives with structure, consistency, and ongoing training

Other Animals

- Titan would do best as the only pet. He can be a bit pushy and unaware of his size around other dogs, and he has a high prey drive, so no cats for Titan.
Ideal Home
- Experienced, moderately active adopter or family
- No young children or small pets
- Minimal stairs due to knee issues
- Willing to provide structure, consistency, and patience during his recovery and beyond

Titan is goofy, loving, toy-obsessed, and eager to please. With the right home, he will blossom into the loyal, affectionate, and entertaining companion he’s meant to be.

To learn more or apply to adopt Titan, please contact:
info@thedogrescuesociety.net

https://www.thedogrescuesociety.net/adopt
