If there are multiple applications for a puppy, after all home checks are done, then the puppy is adopted out to the home that is the best fit for that puppy.

HI! My name is Tippy and I am a BEAUTIFUL girl that is possibly a border collie mix pup. I do have the classic markings of one and nobody knows for sure who my parents are so my bred is truly a best guess! I can be shy around people at first but once I warm up I am all cuddles and kiss. Now dogs are a different story! I have LOVED every dog I have met! My foster parents think I would be a great match for an active couple or a family with kids and another dog. Would love to have a fur sibling! I very much enjoy car rides and playtime with my foster brothers. I also eat my meals nicely right next to them and will take a treat ever so gently. I am learning to go into my crate and do VERY well at night-no howling or barking from me! Best of all? I am HOUSEBROKEN! My foster family says that not only do I have good looks but I am a smart cookie, too! I have already learned to sit on command! I am pretty perfect in almost every way but....shoes are my weakness! I sometimes try and steal them but will drop them on command and am easily redirected to a bone or toy.
Like all puppies, I am looking for a loving family who has patience and time to work with me on training so I can be AMAZING! If you would like to meet me, please fill out a pre-adoption application and a CDR volunteer will get back to you just as quick as they can!

**The ADOPTION FEE for this pet is $450 which includes getting the puppy/dog up to date on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines, fecal test and deworming if necessary, heartworm test, spay or neuter (not including pre-surgical bloodwork) and a microchip. Free access to our weekly training classes is also included for the life of the dog, something no other rescue in the area offers.***
