Hi, I’m Tink!

One-year-old, 70-pound American Bulldog and Lab mix—certified lovable goofball, equal parts baby giraffe and overgrown puppy. I may not be the sharpest stick in the yard (I once tried to carry around a 10-pound dumbbell like it was a tennis ball—nailed it, by the way), but I’ve got a heart the size of my paws… and trust me, they’re big.

I spent my early days living on a 3-acre junkyard where I thought every piece of trash was a toy made just for me. Leashes are still a bit of a mystery—I tend to pull like a sled dog—but I’m learning! I’m also mostly housebroken and completely crate trained. Toss me a treat and I’ll hop in my crate like a pro. I’ve never had an accident in one—Scout’s honor.

I love everyone. Seriously. I’ve been around dogs from 8 pounds to 120 and I’m the life of the party every time. People? I adore them. Little kids? I love them too, but I might knock them over in my excitement so a home without tiny humans is probably best. Cats? I chase the outdoor ones to play (what? they run—it’s fun), but I might be okay with indoor cats. I haven’t officially met any yet.

What I need most is a patient loving family willing to help me finish growing up. I’ve got energy, a goofy streak a mile wide and more love to give than I know what to do with. If you’ve got some strong toys, a soft bed and a big heart, I’d love to be your Tink.
