Our Adoption fee includes veterinarian services and a microchip. Submitting this application constitutes your permission for Must Love Paws Rescue to check your references. Must Love Paws Rescue, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any applicant or application. Please Note: All applicants, whether they be foster or adoption applicants, must be at least 21 years of age to apply
