Tiger Lily Beagle & Poodle Mix Oakland, NJ

Tiger Lily is a sweet 6 year old Beagle/poodle mix who came to us with a broken leg after being hit by a car. Our vets at Country Willow Veterinary Hospital repaired the fracture and she's healing nicely, and already bearing weight and walking on it!
Now for the hardest part- months of strict crate rest so she can continue to heal even though she thinks she's just fine and wants to run and play. The shelter environment is stressful on any dog especially one recovering from major surgery and she would love a nice quiet adult home where she can continue to heal. Just short walks for bathroom breaks only, no running, jumping on furniture, playing, or fun of any kind for a while and then hopefully she will make a full recovery and be able to do all of those things for the rest of her life. She's about 20lbs full grown, the beagle voice with the scruffy poodle coat, and a needy social girl who would love you to cuddle on the floor on a soft bed next to her rather than sitting alone in her shelter cage.
