Meet Thunder

Thunder is definitely a special needs fellow...He is blind, and needs someone to help him develop into the wonderful dog he is intended to be. He has spent his entire in a small outside outside run. He has had very little socialization, and because of his handicap, he will need someone with lots of time and patience, but he is a friendly guy who needs humans who will care for him.
If you are interested in rescuing a needy guy, this might be the one for you. The reward would be loyalty and love. PLEASE CONSIDER HIM!!!!
