Leeta Mixed Breed Utica, NY

Leeta spent the first 6 years of her life living at her owner’s business along with her 2 siblings. Unfortunately, the business failed in 2019 and the owners no longer wanted the 3 dogs and took them to the vet to be euthanized. The vet intervened and the owners brought the dogs go to our no-kill shelter.

Today, 2 years later, Leeta is an 8-year-old, sweet, energetic girl who lives to go for a walk or swim and then cuddle later! She would be a great companion to anyone that walks, runs or hikes regularly but will also make a great couch potato. She absolutely loves people and is looking for her “person” she can give all her love and cuddles to and to finally have a real home for the first time in her life.

In a perfect world we would love a family to adopt Leeta and Brownie together since they have always been together and are very loving with each other.

Leeta is spayed and current on her shots. Her weight is 38 lbs.
