Thor German Shepherd Dog Lowell, MA

Thor is a super handsome, extremely intelligent, 1 1/2 year old German Shepard who came into the shelter because his owner needed to relocate across country. In his previous household, Thor previously had dog friends that he'd spend time with outside of the home, while here at the shelter he has been very reactive to the majority of the dogs that he sees. We think that Thor could potentially be able to go home with another dog but really will depend on the individual dog introductions. We are requiring a training deposit for him as he still has a lot to learn!

His favorite activity is anything to do with water! Thor loves the pool, the sprinkler, the hose, you name it! He would be a great companion to take swimming with you or to the beach for some swim time. Thor also loves long walks and has been responding very well to using a gentle leader! Currently we are looking for an adult only, German Shepard experienced household, with no cats or small animals for Thor.
