Meet Theo
I am two years old and a hound/retriever mix that weighs around 45-50 lbs. Don't let my label of a "hound" scare you off, I am super quiet in my crate even when my foster parents leave me at home. I love to cuddle and play tug of war.
I am good with dogs and previously lived with kids and a cat. The previous family stated I would chase the cats though so maybe not the best fit. I know to use the bathroom outside and not in the house or crate. I love to go on walks and my foster mom says I am great on a leash. I need a secure fence because my previous family had troubles keeping me in the yard or someone to supervise. So far, I have not tried to escape my foster's fence but that could be cause I enjoy chasing my foster siblings around the yard. I am thankful Purple Paws saved me and hope to find my forever home very soon!
Our adoption fee is $200-- this covers a portion of the cost to completely vet the dogs. This includes spay/neuter, updated vaccinations and preventatives.
