This is THELMA! Thelma is 4.5 years old as of September 2023. She is a great size at 24 pounds and a sweetheart!
Thelma is a total mush and loves hugs and cuddles and human attention. She also gets along great with other dogs!
Thelma has a good amount of energy and would love structured walks and exercise and playtime!
They really love going on adventures and hiking, they are both so fun!
Thelma is bonded to her bestie- Louise - and wouldn't it be great to adopt two that automatically love each other and get along so no transition needed in that respect
You could go to dinner without any guilt as they have each other.

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently in Puerto Rico. Once an adopter is fully approved, transport will be arranged to New York/New Jersey.
We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority.
We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years).
Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog.
In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please note that even house trained dogs will need help transitioning to an adopters home and schedule. Thank you for understanding.
