Hi, I'm Thelma! I'm a 10-month old Chihuahua and I haven't met you but I already love you! I'm a people-dog - I'll be shy at first, but I open up within a day and then it's L-O-V-E! Right now I live in a foster home with four other dogs, who range from 11 pounds to 70 pounds, and I'm friends with them all. I like to sleep on the 70-pound dog, and my best friend is a 40-pound blue heeler. There are also three cats here and I really want to be friends with them, too, but they think I'm kind of a lot. But people are my favorite! I'm a velcro dog and want to be with you ALL. THE. TIME. Evenings are my favorite because that's when I get to snuggle with my foster parent (their lap and tummy are my favorite spots to snuggle while we watch paranormal shows on tv). Oh! But maybe nighttime is my super-favorite! Because at night, I get to sleep under the covers with my foster, and that is the bestest! I'm very quiet, I don't bark unless the other dogs are barking. I like to lay in the sunshine and snooze. I'm very smart too! When my foster says Come here lil' potato I come running! I bet I can learn all sorts of tricks, especially if you have treats.
