Meet Thelma
This teeny 2 pound puppy was born in late September and is a runt from the looks of her growth pattern. She is a special little dog who needs just the right home and we will screen carefully given her size and possible future special needs. Until we feel she is ready to be spayed she willl remain at the rescue.
