The Thanksgiving Litter - Acorn Cider Hunter Smokey Pilgrim Cinnamon Cider Boxer & Retriever Mix Cambridge, MA

These babies are so adorable and smart. They have the sweetest most attentive Mama who caught the eyes and hearts of the shelter workers as she doted on her puppies even in an over crowded large city shelter. Mama is a petite boxer mix about 44 pounds. Even with an injury to her eye (who did this to her???!!) she is the BESTEST Mama of the year so the shelter called and asked us to reward her by getting her out of the shelter and we did ! The pups are thriving in their foster home and are so well socialized and sweet.

There are FOUR males and FOUR females and their birthdate estimate is 9/23/25. They were found stray so this is the vet's guess.

Tan/ Golden with white and black on their faces.
Acorn is approximately 5 weeks just and weighs 5.5 pounds. Handsome brown & white boy. His tail and legs are shorter than his siblings. The white spot on the back of his head has the cutest little brown spot inside. He likes to follow people.

Light Brown:
Grace- 5.5 pounds. Almost solid light brown with light brown face, only a small amount of white on chest and back feet; almost looks like she has yellow eyebrows but that might change as she matures; very chill girl - calmest of the female siblings. Ginger looks the most similar to Grace. She is 5 1/2 lbs. Brown female with black muzzle. She has a tiny amount of white on chest and one white back toe; enjoys play fighting w/ siblings and is smart!
Cinnamon and Cider. 5.5 pounds. Cinnamon- Cute brown & white female with black muzzle. She has a lot of white on chest, four white feet and large white tip on her tail. She enjoys wrestling with her siblings. Cider-Gorgeous brown and white female. Lots of white around the neck, four white feet and a tiny white tip on her tail.

Black:
Hunter- 6.5 pounds. Almost solid black with only a small amount of white on his chest. Quiet chill puppy. Pilgrim- Black and White with stripe on nose. Pilgrim is the smallest puppy in the litter. We don't think that he is a "runt", but instead that he has a different father. He has always been playful, happy and healthy. Pilgram likes to follow people and also likes to explore. That means he is the puppy most likely NOT to be with everyone else when the headcount is done. He follows someone and then gets distracted with investigating whatever catches his eye.

Gray/ Silver
Smokey- 7 lbs. Smokey is the largest puppy in the litter. He is a solid gray except for the small white spot on his chest. He has blue eyes, not really bright, but quite obviously blue so we think they will stay blue.


THESE BABIES HAVE SO MUCH TO BE THANKFUL FOR-- they are so loved and such great pups. Let's get them home for the holidays. They are not yet spayed/ neutered but we will allow adopter to choose whether we spay/ neuter or you sign a contract to spay/ neuter when a little older. The adoption donation will incorporate this choice!

The puppies all have transport to the states we adopt in with our BEST transporter. They will share crates so they have a nice trip!
