Meet Tess
Tess came to our shelter with her mom and siblings. Sadly, they were already infected with parvo upon arrival and despite our best efforts and much veterinary intervention, mom did not survive. Mama gave 100% to her babies so that they would survive. Heartbreaking.
Fast forward a few months, Tess is now ready for a forever family. She is 4 months old and is expected to be about 35 lbs at adult weight. Her mom was a 18lbs Beagle mix, but we aren’t sure about dad.
Tess is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, distemper, and bordetella; and microchipped with a lifetime registration. She is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Tess has been fostered with kids and dogs. She’s still very young, so she should adjust fine to a home with kitties.
