Meet Teresa!

Teresa is a 1-year-old, 37-pound sweetheart who is spayed, fully vaccinated, and up to date on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. She’s healthy, happy, and ready to find her forever home!

Her Rescue Story:
Teresa was rescued in Manatí, Puerto Rico along with her mom and siblings after being abandoned on the side of a busy road. They were only a month old, and their lives were at great risk. Thankfully, they were saved just in time, and now Teresa is ready for the second chance she truly deserves.

Her Personality:
My foster mom describes me as initially shy, but once I warm up, I become your best friend. I'm happy curling up on the couch, putting my head in your lap. I'm learning commands, but I do love to jump up and give hugs, snuggling my head into your chest. The outside world can be scary, so right now, I prefer a backyard and a quiet household. I'm house broken, crate trained and do well with cats. I have been building my confidence while in my foster home and will do great with a patient person, who will help me grow!
