Meet Teddy
Sweet little Teddy is sure to melt your heart! He is a 1-year-old, 6.6-pound, mostly white, Maltese / Poodle mix? He came to us dirty and matted but we have cleaned him up and he is ready to be loved and adored! Teddy is a shy boy! His new home should have a full-time adult companion as he does not want to be alone. Teddy keeps his kennel clean so housetraining should be easy. Here at the sanctuary, we use the command "Go Potty" before we go outside. Teddy will follow along to go out and do his business! He may need leash training. We do not know how he would be with children so an ADULT HOME ONLY please! Due to his small size and desire to follow you everywhere, he needs agile, sure footed adults. His fur will grow out and he will require regular professional grooming. He will need a patient groomer who can make him feel SAFE! He is scheduled to be neutered but we are looking for his home now.
