KIDS: Good with kids

KNOWN COMMANDS: Sit, lay down

KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING:Good but occasional accidents in kennel or around the house

KNOWN KENNELING: Kennels but whines and/or barks until settling down

KNOWN LIKES: Teddy loves:
His humans, including children
Snuggling and laying anywhere near you
Playing with resident dogs
Treats
Going for walks
Bones and squeaky toys

KNOWN DISLIKES: Teddy loves everything!!! I have not discovered anything he doesn't like!

FROM THE FOSTER: Hi friends! Meet Teddy, aka Teddy Bear, Teddy Boo Boo and the list goes on! He is pure perfection!

This big goof ball is about 62 pounds and probably a Great Pyrenees/Anatolian/Shepherd mix. He has yet to meet a person, child, dog or cat (dog savvy kitty) that he doesn't love. He's a snuggle bug and perfect gentleman on a leash! He is kennel trained but it takes work getting him in. Once in, he's good to go but definitely prefers being out with his friends!

He is 99% housebroken with most accidents happening on his first day in a home (to be expected). He would love another dog sibling to play with but definitely not a requirement. Teddy does have energy to burn so a fenced yard would be ideal but again, if you are a savvy dog person it wouldn't be required.

He will jump up but only because he has to be as close as possible to you. He can sit and will offer you his paw to shake. He could benefit from some basic training classes.

My family is absolutely in love with him and will miss him but I know the right home is out there! He was recently fixed, is UTD on vaccinations and ready to find his new home.
