Tater Tot Corgi & Cattle Dog Mix Denver, CO

Tater Tot (or Tater, fka Trent) has instantly made himself comfortable in his foster home. He is a very smart Cowboy Corgi mix approx 22# and knows some basic cues like sit and shake. Being about 1 year old, he still has that puppy energy and is constantly playing with toys or his foster sister. He's also a typical vocal Corgi, greeting all humans and dogs walking by the yard when he's outside, so he is not a good fit for an apartment situation and requires a fenced in yard. Tater is food motivated and loves his treats! He is learning how to take treats with a soft mouth. He is so excited he can't help himself! He is super sweet and enjoys snuggling with his foster parents on the couch. He sleeps in his kennel at night and appears to be mostly potty trained (He's had a couple of accidents, but he's also getting used to being in a new environment and routine). Tater would benefit from a patient and experienced owner who has the time to dedicate to his training and isn't gone long hours. He is not kid or cat tested but a respectful child 12+ may be considered.
