Meet Tap

Tap is a typical puppy. Full of energy, goofy and fun loving! He's still trying to figure out what life is all about and is curious about everything - including what is o.k. to chew and what isn't - so he'll need some help and patience in that department. He's an active guy and will grow up to be big dog, so you'll want to cherish his puppy years while they last.

He's a real sweetheart who loves to be cuddled. He's not much of a barker, but he sure is an eater! This boy loves meal time - and treats! We think with some treat motivation, he'll be easy to train and will be a wonderful dog for a lucky person or family.

All of our puppies are housed in foster homes, and meet and greets are available by appointment only. Please complete an adopter profile to set up your meet and greet: http://coastalpetrescue.org/adopt/profile

Adoption Fees:
Kittens: $60, Cats (1 year plus): $50, Puppies: $250, Adult Canines (1 to 6 years): $200, Seniors (7 years plus): $100 (unless otherwise specified). Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.
Some special circumstances may change the fee; see pet's listing for actual adoption fee.

All Coastal Pet Rescue pets are current on shots, microchipped* and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adopters are responsible for any shots that may be due after adoption (particularly for kittens and puppies that must have three rounds of shots to be protected).

Microchip:
CPR has implanted a microchip as part of the adoption process and the chip is included in the adoption fee. However, some chip companies require a registration fee varying from $9.99 to $19.99. The registration fees are the responsibility of the adopter and are NOT included in the CPR adoption fee. Adopters may add this cost to their adoption fee to have CPR register the chip on their behalf.

30 Days Pet Insurance:
As a Petfinder member, all adopters are entitled to a free 30 day insurance policy through PetFirst. Coastal Pet Rescue is not responsible for this policy. Adopters must call PetFirst’s toll-free number 855-710-7387 to activate the coverage. If adopters fail to call, the policy will not be activated.
