Tannerite (PUPDATE!!) Labrador Retriever & Husky Mix Madras, OR

Tannerite came to us as a stray and was never claimed by an owner, we were recently contacted by them with more info about this amazing boy!! He is a possibly a husky lab mix that is around 3 years old. Tannerite was severely attacked as a young pup by a male dog, which is why he is only comfortable with females. He can never live with another male and caution should be used when out and about. He does well with female dogs, cats, and even lived with a Hamster and turtle before! He has met nice female dogs here and they love playing with each other. He would love to have another FEMALE doggy companion in the house or would do fine as an only dog. Tannerite previously spent time around children of ages- 3 months to 13 years old-and he was always amazing with them. Tannerite loves to swim, hike, go for car rides and he adores getting spoiled with a bath! He does know very basic commands sit and down. He is truly treat motivated and will learn very quickly.
