Meet Tank
Hi, I’m Tank! I’m an 8-year-old, 80lb Pitbull mix with a big heart and a lot of love to give. Life has changed a lot for me—I used to live in a big house with my family, but now I find myself in a kennel at the vet, waiting for someone to take me home.
I’m a good boy—I’ve lived with a Chihuahua before, and when I meet other dogs through the kennel gate, I stay calm and friendly. I don’t know how I feel about cats, though. I’ve been neutered, vaccinated, got my Proheart injection, and I’m on a special diet because of some allergies.
What I really need is a person who understands dogs like me—maybe someone who’s home a lot, like a retiree or someone who works from home. I miss having a comfy place to relax and a family to love. Could you be the one to give me a second chance?
I’m currently staying at my vet, but you can adopt me through bigloverescue.org. I’ll be waiting!
