Tank Boxer Mix New York, NY

Tank is the best dog. He’s a 2 year old, 60lb boxer mix that is completely house broken.

He sometimes gets startled by loud city noises, but it doesn’t slow him down. He likes long walks and loves every dog he meets (even the ones that don’t like him!). He is a big puller though, and is still learning to walk nicely with a no-pull harness.

Inside, Tank is a love. He always wants to be near his people, and wants to climb into their laps for pets and cuddles. But when he’s done he happily gets down and lies down nearby on the floor.

Tank is good with kids. He’d love a yard and a puppy sibling to play with, but he’d be happy anywhere he’s loved. His adoption fee is $425 and he is being fostered in Manhattan.

All of our dogs come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
