Meet Tango
This handsome boy is Tango. He is a 1 year old Lab/Pit Bull mix (best guess) who weighs about 55 lbs. He has a tall slender build in his body with a medium length coat. Tango is a kind, sweet natured boy with a great big heart and plenty of love to give. Tango loves walks, car rides, and squeaky toys.
Tango was adopted as a puppy and returned after 10 months because the family went back to work and decided they no longer had time for him. He was living with two young children as an only dog. Right now he is staying at a Doggy Daycare and doing fantastic with the other dogs!
Tango is excellent on a leash. He walks without pulling and easily passes other dogs and people including kids on scooters (see video). He is absolutely wonderful to take out and about. He can be a little reserved when meeting new people and in new places. He will tuck his tail and be very calm or walk away if he can. It just takes him a little bit of time to warm up. Once he knows you, he greets you with lots of energy and a big tail wag.
Tango has played well with other dogs in a daycare setting. When he first came into the program, he was too much energy when it came to playing and didn't understand other dogs telling him they were done playing. He has not had this issue at daycare and does seem to be learning dog language a little bit more. He has always been friendly but a laid back dog may find him annoying. He would do well as an only dog too.
Tango is crate, leash, and house trained. He also knows sit and shake.
Tango is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $175.
