Tala Pit Bull Terrier & Labrador Retriever Mix Athens, GA

Introducing HeiHei and Tala! These two puppies are part of a four puppy litter that is new to ACR. They are currently weighing in at around 5 pounds at 6 weeks and should end up around 40-50 pounds when full grown (but that's just our best estimate!) 

HeiHei is the male, who is predominantly white with black markings and Tala is the female, with a brindle and white coat! HeiHei is the calmer of the two, loving to snuggle any chance he get, while Tala is the life of the party, always getting into something! 

Since they are puppies, with proper socialization, they should be able to acclimate to almost any household.

If you’d like to be considered to adopt, the first step in the process is to submit an application through our website: http://athenscaninerescue.com/adoption-procedures/. Our adoption fee is $250 per dog over the age of 6 months and $300 per dog 6 months or younger. We accept payment by Venmo, PayPal, or card.

This includes: basic vet care (i.e. basic vaccinations, including boosters completed after adoption, spay/neuter, heartworm/flea preventatives, and treatment for any health needs while in our care), a microchip, a week’s worth of food for the trial-period, and a harness lead.

We typically adopt to homes within 30 minutes of Athens, GA, as we require a basic home check to ensure all dogs are placed in a safe environment. If you are further away than that and are interested in one of our pups, please still fill out an application and we can discuss your options. WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING OUT OF STATE APPLICATIONS.
