Taffy is a lovable 6 month-old Aussie mix pup who was surrendered to a county dog shelter along with her 4 sisters. All made the trip to Canine Lifeline so they could have fun in foster homes while searching for their permanent new homes. Taffy is the life of the party and has never met a stranger. She's out front exploring everything first and is eager to meet new people and other dogs. Taffy looks like a chubby bear cub and is just as huggable as they come. She would love a home with an active family to keep her busy and entertained as well as learning lots of new things so she can become a canine good citizen. Being left alone for long workdays would not be her cup of tea so she's looking for an active person or family who has lots of time to spend with her. Taffy weighs about 17 pounds currently and we expect she may be 35-40 pounds or so once full-grown. Her adoption fee is $350. She's spayed, on monthly heartworm preventative, up to date on vaccinations, wormed, on flea and tick preventative, and microchipped. As part of the adoption process, all adopters must commit to a two-week adjustment period to make sure it's a great match before the adoption is finalized.
