Meet Tabbart
3/17/2021
Tabbart is an approximately 6 week old mixed breed that currently weighs 7.9 pounds. He is a beautiful and super smart pup! Based on Tabbart's markings and size we are thinking he is some type of working breed dog..... heeler, aussie, cattle dog type mix. He certainly is very smart and learning very fast. The working breeds are going to be herders so very young children would not be pleased with their rounding up skills. Tabbart will do well with an active family that wants to continue with his training and provide him with daily exercise. He is a playful and curious boy that loves to explore. He does enjoy a good human cuddle as well. Tabbart and all of his siblings will be ready for adoptive homes around March 30th after receiving their 2nd puppy shots. We would love to have homes lined up for all of them!
Tabbart is up to date on shots and preventatives and is microchipped. He will be adopted with a neuter contract due to his size and age. Tabbart's adoption fee is $250 plus any additional donation you feel appropriate. Our adoption fee is set to a level to make adoptions happen. They do not cover our costs. Thank you for your generosity and interest in our dogs!
All dogs adopted locally through SGDR receive a free six-week session of obedience classes and a lifetime of behavior support through our Project REWARD program with trainer Charlotte Blake.
You must have an approved application before being able to visit a dog. Visit our website below for an adoption application https://www.snootygiggles.com/dog-application/
If you expect to leave the dog alone for long periods of time, please do not consider adopting a puppy. Puppies need lots of attention and companionship. Thanks.
All known information about the animal is listed above. We do our best to give accurate information, but most of our dogs are rescues and do not come with a known history.
