Sweetie Pie Beagle Mix Cantonment, FL

Sweetie Pie was found at a busy intersection in Pensacola, FL by one of our volunteers who could not leave her behind to possibly be hit by a car. Posters were hung, calls to local vet offices were made, and Sweetie Pie was posted in local pet lost and found groups on social media. Whoever owned Sweetie Pie before has yet to come forward so she is now available for adoption since her "hold time" is now up.

Sweetie Pie is a young female, perhaps about 2 years old, who weighs 41 lbs. She resembles a beagle or a foxhound with her beautiful markings. She is sweet and loves to lay on the couch with or without her human friend. She is a lapdog who enjoys snuggling. She likes to watch critters outside and chase squirrels in the fenced-in yard. She is friendly and energetic, and walks pretty well on the leash. She is a people person dog and greets everyone warmly. Sweetie likes belly rubs and is OK in crate with minor whining when she first goes in. She is house-broken and will be vetted before adoption.
