It must be a blue moon because a sweetheart like Evie doesn't come around very often. Evie is a magnificent purebred Golden Retriever who lives up to the breed standard in every way! She is gentle and kind, obedient and affectionate, easy-going and loyal. Evie was raised since puppyhood in a wonderful, loving family whose situation has changed, and now they are forced to find her a new home. We've promised them that we will find her a family who has just as much love as she's used to, and who can pick up where they have to leave off.

Evie has the ideal Golden temperament with everyone - - the infant and toddler she lives with, men and women. She's always been an only-dog and we'd like to find her a home where she will still be the center of attention. Her favorite part of the day is her leash walks and she shows her excitement with "The Leash Dance" the minute you pick up her leash! (And, like many of us who gained weight during Covid, she can use all the exercise she can get!!)

Evie is 7 years old, she weighs about 75 pounds with about 10 - 15 to lose, and she's a very healthy girl. At her age, she will most appreciate a loving, quiet home so please, no young children, no other dogs, and no apartments.
