The reason sweet Clover is smiling is because she is loving life and her new-found freedom. As hard as it is to believe, Clover was found living with way too many other dogs - - from Yorkies to Great Danes - - in the backyard of an out-of-control hoarder. She was a mess from neglect, but she was thrilled to be rescued and she is finally catching on to being a spoiled pampered princess.
Sweet Clover is a beautiful and sensitive girl who definitely shows her rough start: she has the demeanor of a dog who has never had any attention, or maybe who has been mistreated. At her foster home in Arkansas she is scared of most things and will run to a safe spot until she gets comfortable, but she has never once barked or growled or snapped.
Because she was raised with dogs and feels safest in their company, Clover needs a home with at least one other dog who will play with her and show her the ropes. And Clover doesn’t care who it is - - to her, every dog is a friend! And once she’s accepted her person’s trust, she is super sweet and very loving. But she needs a very special adopter with the patience and time to let her truly blossom.
Sweet Clover is about 9 - 10 months old, she weighs under 10 pounds and she is a very healthy girl. Her breed is a guess. If you are allergic to dogs, you will probably be allergic to Clover and please do not apply. NO SMALL CHILDREN AND NO CITY DWELLERS PLEASE. ANOTHER DOG IN THE HOME IS A MUST.
