Susie and Lucy Poodle Mix Westfield, NY

Lucy and Susie are approximately 7 year old poodle mixes; we believe they are littermates. Tt was obvious that they had not been well cared for and had to be shaved down to remove their dirty matted coats. They have come a long way since their arrival last month, but are still dependent upon each other; Susie especially looks to Lucy and is very anxious if they are separated. Lucy is the more outgoing of the two and will approach you, especially if you are offering a treat! Susie is still shy; neither are aggressive, just timid. They seem to enjoy their daily walks and are easy to handle on leash. They will need kind and patient caregivers to help them become the best dogs they can be!

We would like the girls to stay together. They are spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Their adoption fee is $300.00.

We do adopt out of state, however we do not transport or ship dogs. Potential adopter must be able and willing to travel to the Rescue to meet the dog they are interested in.
