This dog is being fostered with New Hope Dog Rescue (Saskatoon). If you are interested in adopting please fill out an Adoption Application. Meet and greets are by appointment only and done so after an adoption application has been submitted. A successful applications will be contacted by the foster home to discuss further. We are volunteer run so please be patient.

Hi, right now I’m called Super, as in Superdog. That’s because I have two black triangle eye patches that look like a mask and beautiful blue eyes. Although I am a bit shy I am very loyal and will always protect my humans from supervillains. The vet thinks I was born around July 1. I love to play with my brother. I am brand new to tummy rubs, I actually prefer children to adults, I’d do anything for a tummy rub from a kid.

I love to eat and am very focused on food and my humans. I have learned to walk on a leash in the backyard, but the whole world is so big, and I am a bit nervous when I leave the yard. I know the commands ‘come’ and ‘sit’ and ‘down’. It drives my big brother crazy that I figured out ‘down’ before him. I like the security of being with my humans, if they are outside I want to be with them, if they are inside I want to be where they are too. I’ve found that under the kitchen table gives me the best lookout, I am first to grab any spills or crumbs that fall and can keep tabs on everyone in the house.

I’ve only had a few accidents in the house, but I go outside regularly and after every meal. Being in the doggie play pen is not my favourite thing but I am getting used to it. If you tell me a story in there I will settle to nap quickly. I sleep at night in my crate and feel safe there. I travel in the car in my crate too.

I am still learning not to jump up but I love children and want to play with them. I am not sure about fetch? I am a pretty laid back guy, I like to observe before joining in to games which is a good plan just in case there are any supervillains. I am shy and gentle and want to please my humans. Once you earn my trust I will be loyal forever. I am ready to meet my forever family and give them all the doggie love in my heart.

Super has been microchipped, dewormed, current on age appropriate vaccines and has received a health check from a vet. adoption fee is $495 ($200 is refunded upon proof of neuter).
