Sugar, Sugar! Honey, Honey! Sweet Baby Sugar is as sweet as her name and even has the sweetest smile. She is an attention hound who loves soaking up all the love. Shes also smart as a whip. She knows to sit, release to eat, will come when she is called, and does not run off. She would love a new home with a great big yard to run, run, run! True to the Catahoula breed-this girl has some energy. Her little paws love to play in the dirt, too, so a yard with a designated dig spot would just make her day. Miss Sugar has grown up with dogs, cats and even chinchillas. She is not in love with puppies but loves baby kittens. She can have some food aggression around other dogs. Being around kids is no problem but she can sometimes be a little overzealous and knock them down so a home with children over 12 years old would be ideal. Leash training is ongoing-not bad but could use some refining. And she is housetrained. She will go into a kennel okay but at her previous home she stayed in a dog room and did fine. Unsupervised she can be a little puppyish and get into things around the house that are a no-no. Baby Girl Sugar is looking for a sweet new family to call her own!
