Sugar loves familiarity, a special face she knows well, she loves being a home body and when taken out of her kennel she does her business and wants to go back to her home. She bonds very closely with people and parting is so very difficult.... It took her awhile to get over losing her people when they couldn't care for her anymore. She appreciates gentle touch, having a dining partner and someone to sit with and love with. She's a sweet sensitive soul. She's had dog friends in the past too. A dog/dog meet can be scheduled after meeting her onsite. Her friends at Classic Canines, a senior dog advocacy would like to see her leave promptly for a committed foster or adoptive home.
