Sugar's Story

Meet and greets will be held in RIVERSIDE, CA https://pawsitivetailstoremember.forms-db.com/view.php?id=17980 SUGAR is 3 yrs old, she weighs 12 lbs, and is a female Chihuahua/Corgi mix with a pretty golden and white short-haired coat which will require minimal grooming. The adopter must agree to NOT change her name!! She responds to and recognizes her name. Sugar has one brown eye and one blue eye and she’s absolutely beautiful. She’s also just about perfect in every way! Sugar is 100% housebroken, she has very good leash manners, is dog and cat friendly and she’s simply adorable. Sugar will do well in any type of a home but we do require that there be another small dog in the home as a companion. Sugar’s tail was amputated at the shelter (came in injured), she is microchipped, current on vaccines and is spayed and she would love nothing more than a forever family to call her own.

Pawsitive Tails to Remember's Adoption Policy

1. Complete Application (this is not a contract) DOG APPLICATION: https://pawsitivetailstoremember.forms-db.com/view.php?id=17980 CAT APPLICATION; https://pawsitivetailstoremember.forms-db.com/view.php?id=25487 2. We will pre-screen your application to see if you will progress in the process 3. Phone interview with someone from PTR 4. Home check submitted via a walking home tour via video 5. Meet and greet at the fosters home 6. Email sent to adopter with the Adoption Contract to be completed, signed and returned. 7. Non-refundable Adoption Fee paid to Rescue Notes: There may be multiple applications for certain dogs and cats. Do not apply if the dog or cat will be left outdoors unattended. Do not apply if the dog or cat will be crated for more than 4 hrs per day We carefully screen all adopters. Not every applicant will progress in the process.
