Stormy American Staffordshire Terrier & Terrier Mix Bethel, CT

Meet Stormy, a 9-month-old, 32 lb. American Staffordshire Terrier mix who came to Connecticut all the way from Texas with her sister, Rainy. The girls were able to get out of the shelter and placed into a loving foster home, where they are now awaiting their next chapter.

Stormy absolutely LOVES everyone she meets and will greet you with a big smile and wagging tail. She wants nothing more than to give you endless kisses and hugs. Stormy loves to sit in your lap and enjoys a good pet. She is curious, playful, and always up for an adventure. She is currently in foster with a beagle and they play really well together. Fetch is her favorite but she'll also never say no to a game of tug.

She walks great on leash, is a good listener, and is doing well on her housetraining and learning "sit." She will also go into her crate to sleep at night with the door open and does great. Stormy is great with dogs, is fine around the cats in her foster home, and would likely do ok with children too. She would probably also enjoy having a furry companion. We'd like to find her a home with a fenced yard. She'll make a wonderful addition to any home!
