STEVIE Staffordshire Bull Terrier Austin, TX

Stevie is a sweet and playful little lady. Stevie loves being near her people and very much appreciates cuddle-time. She enjoys going for walks and does well on her leash. She is a great listener and I have been impressed with her ability to learn from me in just a short period of time. Right now Stevie knows her name and the cues sit, no, leave it, go to your bed, and paw. I am continuing to reinforce and work on commands with her. Stevie has had brief interactions with other dogs, but I have not had any play dates with her just yet. Her brief interactions have been positive she is just very excited and eager to sniff whoever she is meeting. She is very friendly with people and appears to thrive off of human affection. She loves to play with her rope toy and chase down her ball in fetch. Stevie requires exercise each day, I currently take her out about 3 times to use the bathroom with one longer walk, but she also definitely loves down time where she can be near her people. She is not a big barker but will occasionally bark if she hears another dog doing so. She is great in her crate, but I stopped using it after a couple of days and have been leaving her in a play pen when I head out for work. So far, shes been doing a great job with no accidents yet and lots of sleep while I am out.
