Meet Steve (Courtesy Listing)
Both Steve's Guardians work, so he is alone all day until they come home. He wants to be with his family 24/7, so he digs under the fence and gets into mischief. Not a lifestyle we want him to continue. He is a Siberian Husky and he needs challenges and a lot of guidance. He also needs a lot of exercise. Huskies are very smart and Steve is no exception. He is very intelligent and a quick learner. He is neutered and current on vaccinations. Oh, did I mention he is absolutely gorgeous??!!
Steve loves to play and explore. He needs an active family and older children would be best. Camping trips, walks, training classes and everyday guidance in obedience and manners is a must. Working on developing his mind and potential would also be needed. Siberian Huskies are a special breed and anyone owning one must know the breed. They are smart, athletic, loving, and loyal to a fault. In other words, one very special breed.
If you think you can give Steve what he needs please complete an online application or contact Ella at ellas.beagles@gmail.com
Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard.
If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.
HOW TO APPLY: From Petfinder.com The fastest way to get to the adoptable dog page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-dogs/
When you are on the UAF website Select "Adoptable Dogs" and pick the dog you are interested in. To apply to adopt, go into the dog's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started.
