Stella Miniature Poodle & Pomeranian Mix Rigaud, QC

Stella is about 7 months old and 10 pounds, and we’re told she’s a mix of Poodle and Pomeranian. She loves being around her people, and needs to have someone home most of the day. Housetraining, as well as walks on leash, are both works in progress.

A calm home with experienced people and without very young children would help Stella build up her confidence. She’s getting frequent bathroom breaks in a fenced backyard, where she loves doing zoomies to help burn off some of that puppy energy, so a home with a yard would be ideal. Stella would also love to be allowed to snuggle with her people on the sofa, and maybe even on the big bed at night! She could be an only dog, but would likely get along with another small adult dog; senior dogs would find her energy a little much, and no cats please.

Stella’s foster mom says that overall, she’s super cute and affectionate, and definitely needs a family with the time and patience to dedicate to a puppy. Before applying, please be sure that you’re familiar with what it takes to have a puppy in the house.
