Meet Stefan
STEFAN (Male Lab mix)
DOB: 02/19/25
Currently 3 Months and weighs 10lbs
Meet Stefan – The Happiest Little Pup on Earth!
If you are looking for a joyful, affectionate, and easygoing puppy, look no further, Stefan is your guy! This sweet boy is full of life and love, and his favorite thing in the world is being surrounded by his people. Whether it is adults, kids, or guests, Stefan greets everyone with a wagging tail and puppy kisses. He especially adores children and thrives in a social, loving home.
Stefan is a playful little bundle of energy—think bunny hops and silly zoomies! He is currently living with a 60-pound pittie mix and they have become fast friends, spending their days rolling around and playing together. He would absolutely thrive in a home with another dog buddy to keep him company.
He also gets along well with cats! When he first met his foster mom’s Maine Coon, Stefan approached slowly and respectfully. Once he realized the cat was friendly, he relaxed completely. He shows no prey drive, doesn’t chase, and has lovely manners around feline friends.
Stefan is crate trained and loves his crate—it is his cozy little den! He sleeps through the night (up to 8 hours) and is doing wonderfully with his potty training. He has mastered #2 outside and is improving every day with bladder control. He is also great on a leash and enjoys exploring the world on walks with curious enthusiasm.
This little guy has a big appetite for food—and for life! He is smart, eager to please, and full of love. Stefan would make a perfect companion for any family, but he would especially enjoy a home with another playful pup to romp around with.
If you are ready for unconditional love and a whole lot of tail wags, Stefan is ready to meet you!
Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies.
Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household.
Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.
