Meet Starr - Coming Soon

Starr is a resident of PARL and a participant in Handsome Dan's Rescue's Shelter Dog Enrichment Program. She is cute as a button but has some behavior issues that will need to be worked through before she can be formally put up for adoption.

Our Shelter Dog Enrichment Specialists Amy and Sam each visit her weekly, and together with Scout and Jen at PARL are working to help her build trust. Starr need to learn how to meet humans in a way that is safe for everyone. This complicated girl is a work in progress and will need an adopter who is committed to taking on a "project dog" and continuing our work.

Starr comes with a Handsome Dan's Rescue Take My Lead Training grant for FREE private training. This training will be a mandatory condition of her adoption.
