We got him before the quarantine and our lives are much different than anticipated. He's a sweet boy, but we can't take care of him for much longer. We believe that the apartment setting was a contributor to his current behavior and there is not enough space for him as well. During that time there was a lot of construction and emergencies occurring around the building. He isn't destructive and mainly chews on toys and sometimes chews.

Luda was not socialized due to Covid and now is fearful of people - his behavior when outside walking is barking, lunging, & growling until he gets used to the person. He has never snapped or shown teeth and becomes submissive when approached by a new person. We have been training with the help of a friend who trains dogs. We only use positive reinforcement.

He is a 8 month old neutered male lab/cattle dog mix (we think)
Between 40-55 lbs up to date on all vaccines and flea and tick.
No allergies or health problems.
Crate and House Trained
Lives with one cat and no other dogs. LOVES dogs (goes to doggy day care)
Nervous/Fearful of new people/children and takes a while to warm up. He tends to be reactive to strangers outside of the home and seems to do better with introductions inside the home. He does the best around people where a lot of dogs are around as he loves other dogs. He is currently receiving reactivity training and getting better everyday. He is very sweet and loving once he's had a chance to know you.
He is great with grooming needs with his owners and knows basic commands.
Does not do well in apartments and requires lots of space to run around.
He has no bite history.
